    what is Szkoła Odkryć?

    Szkoła Odkryć is the answer to search queries such as English Legnica, Wrocław or business English. We design and conduct language and industry training based on the English language, offer spoken and written translation and participate in language projects. We work mainly in Legnica and Wroclaw, and online; we can also work nearly anywhere in and out of Poland.

    Szkoła Odkryć conducts language training both for consumers and for business customers. We help employees prepare for business trips and contact foreign customers and vendors. We also help candidates to prepare for job interviews. English for work and English for business customers are some of our base products.

    A translator for an audit? A translator for a meeting with foreign vendors? A translation of an instruction? Or company documentation? We've been delivering all of this for years. Spoken, consecutive translation and written translation of system documentation are the most common services in our portfolio.

  • What are our methods?

    During training, we focus on the facilitation of skills and knowledge acquisition. Thanks to simplification and setting goals that are easier to attain, we guarantee the quick development of language and business skills. Our materials are matched to the interests and needs of our customers, connected with effective methods and mixed with the engagement of professional teachers.

     

    To this end, we utilize TBLL (task-based language learning), blended learning (i.e. the connection of learning online and in-class), CBLT (content-based language teaching), our proprietary materials built on content that our students deal with in daily life, as well as tested digital tools which support language learning.

    Past

    Since 2015 we have taught English, translated writing and conversations and supported big and small companies and individual customers here in Szkoła Odkryć.

    All educational training and translation are based on tested tools and a combination of traditional methods and innovation.

    The outcomes of this work include board games for Business English, language exercises that take students to new realities and workshop modules that combine creative thinking and learning English.

    Present

    Currently, we offer Creative English, Business English and ESP courses, translation during audits (e.g. ISO 14001, IATF 16949) and various business, system and general texts.

    We cooperate with culture centers, companies and individual customers. Our primary focus is on improving educational materials and translation tools.

    We believe that the basis of successful support of our customers is solving their language issues and improving the quality of our services.

    Future

    We cannot wait for the next challenge you set for us. We are in the design process of new educational solutions and we will bring them on board with time.

    Our mission is to make effective language learning simpler and more pleasant, not to mention that it should also bring extra-language knowledge and skills.

    We shall continuously strive at delivering top-notch, flexible and modern language services.

    Teacher and translator since 2009. He has led general, business and specialist English, and prepared his students for job interviews, business meetings and tourist trips, daily work in English and many other types of situations including language, creativity, voice emission and soft skills.

     

    In the world of translation, he took part in translating documentaries (Crusades, The Sun) and books (David Bowie. Biografia). His main area is currently business and technical translations (spoken and written) for the production industry.

     

    In his free time, when he is not making educational resources (well, it's nearly a hobby), he realizes his biggest life dream, he fulfils himself as a cat lover and passionate carpenter, writes songs (check at jedrzejlubicz.pl) and constantly discovers how interesting the world is.
